Paducah Symphony's Beat Beethoven 5K Run/Walk CANCELLED

PADUCAH - Paducah Symphony's Annual Beat Beethoven 5K Run/Walk at Noble Park has been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns.


 
The goal at this event is to Beat Beethoven. This unique signature fundraising event for the Paducah Symphony Orchestra features a competitive 5K run/walk through Noble Park on Saturday, March 28. Registration is from 7:30 until 8:45 am and the race will start at 9 am. If participants pre-register by March 9th the cost is $30. After that the fee is $35. T-shirts guaranteed only to those who register by March 9.

Participants in the 5K will have the chance to line up and race the famous composer himself. Any runner who finishes before Beethoven will receive a free ticket to the Paducah Symphony Orchestra’s season finale performance.

It will be a celebration of Beethoven’s 250th. Organizers are hoping to have 250 participants show up in honor of Ludwig’s recent big birthday, and all proceeds benefit the Paducah Symphony Orchestra.
