MURRAY, KY - A new wellness challenge for employees at Murray-Calloway County Hospital starts in July and already has more than 200 participants enrolled.

The program is called “Walk it Off” and has employees tracking their daily steps with a pedometer (or daily physical activity) and competing against one another for prizes.
