The Graves County School District will conduct kindergarten/entry level registration for the 2017-18 school year Tuesday, March 21. Parents should prepare well before that date.

To enroll a student for the school year beginning in August 2017, that student must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2017. Parents should contact the child's school for an appointment to complete the packet. Current preschool students also must register March 21 for the kindergarten/entry level program.

Parents must provide proof of residence, such as an electric or natural gas bill. They also should bring the child's Social Security card, official birth certificate, an original copy of the current immunization certificate, an eye exam form, a dental exam form (cannot accept preschool exam), and a medical exam form.

Bring all these documents to the appointment March 21. Schedule a specific time as soon as possible by phoning the child's school or the Graves County School District's central office at (270) 328-2656,
