This year for Banned Books week the Graves County Public Library, 601 North 17th St. in Mayfield, will bring awareness through its Banned-Bookmark Battle.

The Library invites artists of all ages to submit artwork which celebrates the freedom to read. They will exhibit entries during Banned Books Week, September 21-27. Create a 5”x7” work of art which is in some way inspired by a banned book (listed below) and submit it to the library. All entries must be submitted by September 17th.
