Hot Turkey Salad

PADUCAH, KY - SuperValu Recipe of the Week - Serves 6-8
4 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups finely chopped celery
8 ounces sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion rings (or canned French fried onion rings)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, blend mayo and sour cream. Add turkey and remaining ingredients except cheese and onion rings. Mix together and pour into a 9" X 9" baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add onion rings on top and bake another 15 minutes.
