Serves 4

3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
2 tablespoons Stevia
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup minced Vidalia onion
10 ounces fresh baby spinach, rinsed and dried
1 quart strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire, sesame seeds, Stevia, olive oil, and onion. Cover and chill for at least an hour. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. Pour freshly shaken dressing over salad and toss. Once you add the dressing, refrigerate no more than 10 minutes and gently toss right before serving.

I change this around depending on what I have on hand....Balsamic vinegar is a nice twist to use instead of the cider vinegar or most any nut that you like or additional fresh fruit. It's a versatile recipe that can be used over and over adding your favorites or whatever you know your family or guests like best.
