Sullivan University in Mayfield will host a panel dealing with the cause and effects of opioid use in early August.
The event, which will explore opioid related problems, and will feature people telling their stories related to opioids, as well as possible solutions to the drug issue, will take place on August 1st, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
Among those who will be present for the panel discussion are Graves County Sheriff John Hayden, along with several medical experts including Dr. Brett Bechtel of Mercy Health.
The event is open to the general public, along with any medical personnel and other authorities.
