Bacon Cheese Ball

Serves 6

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1cup finely chopped crispy cooked bacon
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Pinch ground cayenne pepper

Combine all the ingredients and shape into a ball or serve in a bowl.

This is rich and delish on a cracker. A great Super Bowl recipe.

Last week our family attended a surprise birthday tea party for a friend. This dip/spread was served with a variety of crackers. It was so delicious that those at our table went on and on about how good it was. I guessed about the ingredients and think this is what it was.
