French Dressing & Summer Vegies

PADUCAH, KY-SuperValu Foods Recipe of the Week - Makes 1 quart
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons grated sweet onion
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend for about 1 minute until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with a little cracked black pepper and drizzle dressing over sliced vegies that have been placed on lettuce leaves. Oh so yummy!
