Martha Bell, founder of Martha's Vineyard Mission, dies at 86

Martha Bell, founder of Martha's Vineyard Mission in Paducah, has died at the age of 86.

Bell's family posted the news of her passing on Monday night.

Martha's Vineyard provided meals for shut-ins and the elderly in the Paducah area for over three decades.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, September 8th, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with Rev. Keith Tilford and Rev. Todd Hawkins officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service hour of 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home.
