Two Arrested, Two Sought in Forged Check Scheme

PADUCAH, KY - Thanks to the public’s help, two men have been arrested in connection with a forged check-cashing operation. However, Paducah police still are looking for two other men who were involved.

Paducah Police said Andre Jackson and Randall Williams have been arrested, but Richard Brock and Justin Jones are still being sought.

All four men are charged with second -degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Their addresses are unknown.

Police said checks were stolen from several different businesses in Paducah and forged, with each check written to one of the four men.

Anyone with information about the Brock or Jones should call the Paducah Police Department at 270-444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. Tipsters can text their tips to “CRIMES” (274637) by entering “KyTips ” followed by their information, or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website at Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
