Armed Robbery Reported Wednesday in Paducah

Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department are requesting assistance from the public in identifying the two suspects involved an armed robbery Wednesday afternoon at Fast Pay Day Loans on the Southside in Paducah.

Officers say the men have been described as black, one being around 5' 10" tall, 190 lbs, wearing dark jeans, a gray zip-up hoodie, and a blue handkerchief covering most of his face. He was armed with a small silver handgun.

The other suspect is described as around 6', 180 lbs, wearing dark jeans, a dark blue zip-up hoodie with a red handkerchief covering most of his face. He was armed with a large black handgun.

The two entered Fast Pay Day Loans around 2:15 pm Wednesday and demanded money from the clerk. They fled on foot to Alabama Street, where they crossed railroad tracks, and ran to the Cook Street area, where they fled in a gray or silver passenger car.
