PADUCAH, KY - Two Paducah teenagers have been arrested in connection to the late-August robbery of Kentucky Fried Chicken on Jackson Street in Paducah.
Police say 19-year-olds Deandre Foulks and Carlitas Shumpert were taken into custody at 9 pm Tuesday.
The two were arrested following witness interviews and tips from CrimeStoppers.
An employee of the business said that two black males, both wearing masks, entered the restaurant on August 28 and demanded money after showing a handgun.
The two are charged with first-degree robbery. In addition, Foulks is charged with a parole violation, stemming from a previous robbery conviction.
The investigation is continuing, and police say other charges are possible.
