Several classes and groups are available in December at Baptist Health Paducah:



BAPTIST HEALTH PADUCAH STROKE SUPPORT GROUP

3:00 to 4:30 pm, Monday, Dec. 7, Baptist Heart Center conference room

The group provides support for stroke survivors and their caregivers, family and friends. Light refreshments are served.

BAPTIST HEALTH PADUCAH ARTHRITIS SUPPORT GROUP

Noon to 1 pm, Monday, Dec. 7, Baptist Heart Center conference room

The group provides support for people living with arthritis.

BAPTIST HEALTH PADUCAH PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES

5:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, Dec. 7 and 14; or 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday, Dec. 5, Meeting Room A, Doctors Office Building 2, 

Free class designed to help expectant parents in their second or third trimester learn about the labor and delivery process.

Free class with a certified diabetes instructor to assist with any question or concerns about diabetes.

BREASTFEEDING CLASSES

Free class helps prepare expectant mothers for the breastfeeding experience.

CANCERPORT BREAST CANCER SUPPORT GROUP

6 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 15, Baptist Health Imaging Center

The group provides support for those diagnosed with breast cancer and living in recovery.

"STUFF THE TRUCK"

7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 16, Baptist Imaging Center parking lot, Baptist Health Paducah.

Team up with Baptist Health Paducah to stock area food pantries. Food placed in the 40-foot trailer, along with food from Paducah Power's Christmas in the Park project will be shared among local food pantries.
