Ogle has worked as an Emergency department charge nurse and house supervisor at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown and as a house supervisor at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center in Alabama. He served Emergency departments with high volumes at both hospitals.
He received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL, and a master’s degree in nursing from Western Kentucky University.
