Bardwell Woman Hurt in McCracken County Crash

A Bardwell woman was taken to a hospital after a Friday afternoon crash on McKendree Church Road.

At around 2:00 pm Friday, McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a crash with injuries at the intersection of Mckendree Church Road and Childress Road. According to police, 43-year-old April Speer, of Bardwell was northbound on Mckendree Church Road, when 19-year-old Matthew Moss, of Kevil pulled into her path causing a crash. Police said Moss told them that he did not see Speer prior to pulling into the intersection.  

Speer was taken to Western Baptist Hospital for treatment of apparent non-life threatening  injuries.
