The Paducah Police Department issued a press release Thursday evening saying very few leads have been received in the case. However, they did say that Boggs may have been seen Sunday in a gold or tan car near 25th and Jackson Streets.
Police asked anyone with information - no matter how insignificant it may seem - to call them at 270-444-8550.

A high-profile employee and the money he allegedly took from his employer are still missing.
Police documents obtained by West Kentucky Star show that Barbecue on the River employee David Boggs is facing a charge of theft by unlawful taking. It's estimated that he allegedly took $20,000 from the organization's operating fund.
David Troutman, the organization's attorney, told West Kentucky Star that police took all of the records pertaining to Barbeque on the River as part of their investigation.
Troutman said, "From what we had heard so far and seen so far is that the checks that they had seen that were unauthorized checks - if you want to call it that - had occurred just recently. They haven't found anything that goes back months or years. So we're hoping it's a contained period of time that he was allegedly doing this."
Boggs was reported missing by a friend Monday morning, and a short time later the Barbecue on the River board issued a press release saying they believe Boggs had stolen from them.
The police report says that as executive director of the non-profit organization, Boggs had access to its accounts, and wrote multiple checks to himself. The report says the exact amount of missing money was not yet known.
Boggs and Susie Coiner have been the faces of Barbecue on the River for several years, working with cooks and vendors at the annual festival, and running the downtown store bbQ & More at 321 Broadway.
Troutman echoed the sentiment in Barbecue on the River's press release about the situation.
"Mr. Boggs has worked for the organization for several years, so obviously he's someone they trusted and cared about, so for him to supposedly do this, they're certainly floored by it," he said.
Troutman said at this point, the number one priority is that Boggs is found safe and sound.
Troutman said, "You know, people make mistakes and people steal money sometimes, but it's not worth losing your life over. Hopefully he's safe and sound somewhere, and he's found pretty soon or he comes back if he's left, we just don't know."
