Bomb Threats Reported Monday at LOMS/PMS

PADUCAH, KY - Nothing was found after bomb threats were reported at Lone Oak Middle School Monday morning and Paducah Middle School Monday afternoon. 

Students at Lone Oak Middle were evacuated to a secure location and law enforcement officials were called in to search the school building. After the building was deemed safe, students were returned to the building.

McCracken County Public Schools and the McCracken County Sheriff's department are coordinating further investigation.

Monday afternoon, a bomb threat was reported at Paducah Middle School. Paducah Police directed traffic around the school as students evacuated the building around 2pm.

That investigation is still underway.
