A lane restriction will be in place starting Tuesday on westbound I-24 in McCracken County for brush cutting behind guardrails and along the right-of-way.

Crews will start working near the 16 mile marker and move westward over the next few weeks.

This moving work zone will be active between approximately 8:00 am and 2:00 pm each day, anytime weather allows.

Workers will progress toward the I-24 Ohio River Bridge, then they will turn and work back through the county along the eastbound lanes.

Appropriate caution is required where equipment, flaggers, and other personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
