PADUCAH, KY - By order of County Judge-Executive Van Newberry, a burn ban was reinstated, effective Friday, August 24.

This ban will be in effect until the area receives enough rainfall for wildfire hazards to drop significantly.

The previous ban was lifted on August 17, and had been in effect since June 29.
