The breakfast is Thursday, October 11 from 7:30 – 8:30 am, at the Julian Carroll Convention Center. The event will be broadcast live on NewsTalk 94.3 FM/AM570 WKYX. It will also be streamed live at WestKentuckyStar.com.

Bill Bartleman (Mid-Continent University) will moderate the debate and members of the Business Advocacy Committee will serve as time keepers. Serving on the Media Panel are Donna Groves, WKYX – WKYQ; Mike Mallory, WPSD Local 6; and Mallory Panuska, The Paducah Sun.
