Dazzling Lights in Noble Park thru Saturday
By WestKyStar Staff
PADUCAH, KY - This is the final week of this season's 17th annual Christmas in the Park light display. Paducah Power System's magnificent show of Christmas lights has drawn thousands of visitors to not only drive through, but donate money and nonperishable foods for three local food pantries.

From 6 to 9 pm through Saturday, the public is invited to drive through the park, enjoy the sparkling lights and contribute to the volunteers who staff the Santa House-collecting donations for Paducah Cooperative Ministry, Family Services Society and the Salvation Army.

The display was extended through Saturday after the winter storm in early December closed the park and made driving treacherous across western Kentucky.

If you haven't experienced this holiday favorite, you have several more nights to be part of the event . . . and make a contribution to benefit the hungry in our community.
