A crash in West Paducah Friday morning hurt both drivers, ejecting one of them from his vehicle.

McCracken County Sheriff's Department responded about 10:20 am to the intersection of Hobbs Road and Woodville Road near the entrance to the Gaseous Diffusion Plant. They say 64-year-old Linda Clark of LaCenter was driving east on Woodville when her car collided with a vehicle driven by 46-year-old David Smith of Bandana, who had been headed north on Hobbs Road.

Smith's SUV left the road and overturned, and he was ejected from the vehicle. Mercy EMS took both drivers to local hospitals with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Emergency personnel from the plant helped at the scene. The intersection was closed for about 30 minutes while the scene was cleared.
