Conservation District: Tree Seedlings Given Away

The McCracken County Conservation District announced this afternoon that all of their free tree seedlings have been given away.

The seedlings were available Thursday and Friday, while supplies lasted.

The annual event is always popular and the seedlings are usually gone quickly. This year's varieties of tree seedlings included persimmon, bald cypress, pecan, willow oak, and white pine.
