Project Hope No-Kill Animal Shelter, a non-profit organization in Metropolis, IL will receive all proceeds from the event. The event will include a 5K walk/run and a one-mile fun run. New for this year is a water-misting finish line! Participants are welcome to bring friendly dogs, but need to follow the Paducah ordinance requiring a muzzle during public events. All dogs in attendance will receive a treat!

Registration is available online at Active.com or by mail. A registration form can be downloaded on the event’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/fastandfurriest5k). Adult cost for pre-registration is $18 and children $8.

Race day registration is $20 for adults and $10 for children. Register between 6:00 - 6:45 am, and the race begins at 7:00 am.
