Big D’s Dairyette will be offering BBQ lunch options of pork, ham, chicken or brisket on Thursday and Friday.  These lunches can be delivered locally to your office between 10:30 and Noon on these days but you'll need to get your order in by Tuesday.  Office delivery is available for Paducah, Mayfield and Metropolis.  

The Big D’s Dairyette BBQ Team has over 11 years of award winning BBQ experience.  Proceeds from these lunches will benefit the Mid-Continent University Scholarship Fund.  Mid-Continent was chosen because of the important work the organization does to offer quality, convenient and affordable education across Kentucky and Illinois.  The BBQ on the River raises thousands and thousands of dollars each year for charities all across our region and there are thousands of people that attend each of the days of the festival.  The 2011 Big D’s Dairyette BBQ team rose over $5,000 last year for Mid-Continent scholarships.
