Deputy Jailer Faces Theft Charges

PADUCAH, KY - An acting McCracken County Deputy Jailer is facing theft charges.

On Sunday evening, the Kentucky State Police say they were contacted by McCracken County Jailer Bill Adams in reference to a theft complaint. According to Kentucky State Police, while acting Deputy Jailer, 23-year-old Jessica M. Graham was searching a female inmate, she stole $200 in cash.

Graham was charged with Official Misconduct 1st  (class A misdemeanor) and Theft by Unlawful Taking Under $500 (class A misdemeanor).

Graham was booked in the McCracken County Jail.
