UPDATE: The sheriff's department says deputies have located the driver. They have not yet released any further details.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department is looking for the person involved in a hit-and-run accident in Lone Oak.

Deputies responded Saturday to Mike's Automotive on Lone Oak Road for a report of property damage. They determined that a vehicle traveling south hit business signs, a highway sign, a flag pole, and a vehicle parked at the business waiting to be repaired. The driver then left the scene. A witness said they saw a vehicle leave the road and then continue south about 3:00 am.

Deputies suspect that the vehicle involved was a gray or pewter Honda, and it probably has damage to the front and passenger side, including a missing side mirror and a passenger side window that is now broken or missing.

Anyone with information about this vehicle or the accident should contact the Sheriff's Department.
