'Drop Your Drawers' Returns to McCracken Library

Your next visit to the library can be a "brief" one, for a good cause, as part of McCracken County Public Library's Drop Your Drawers campaign.

Drop off packages of new underwear for boys and girls, preferably sizes 4-16, from November 26th through December 30th, at the library at 555 Washington Street. 

Donations will help replenish the Merryman House and Paducah Cooperative ministries' supplies of emergency clothing and provide direct assistance to each organization.

The Drop Your Drawers campaign is recognizable by the popular character of Captain Underpants by author and illustrator Dav Pilkey.
 
The library's collection of Captain Underpants' children’s books will be on display (and available to check out) during the Drop Your Drawers campaign.
