PADUCAH, KY - The annual Emancipation Celebration Parade will be held at 11 am Saturday, August 4. Parade line-up begins at 10 am. The parade will start at Walter Jetton Boulevard and Washington Street, travel along Walter Jetton Boulevard, and finish at Robert Coleman Park.

Festivities and vendors will be at Robert Coleman Park immediately after the parade and throughout the afternoon. For the safety of the festival-goers, Caldwell and Husbands Streets between 9th Street and Walter Jetton Boulevard will be closed to traffic while activities are underway at the park.
