The city of Paducah has released a list of events over the next couple of weeks.  

You can find details and a full list of events at http://paducahky.gov/calendar.  

Here are events over the next week:

• Thursday, July 27 – RIVERfront Concert Series featuring Olivia Faye from 6 - 7 pm and Andrew Ripp from 7 - 8:30 pm. Free

• Friday, July 28 – Concerts in the Park at Noble Park Amphitheatre.  Paducah Community Band at 7 pm. Free

• Saturday, July 29 — Farmer's Market at 2nd and Monroe Streets. Open from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, weather permitting.

• Saturday, July 29 — Pretty Super Saturday Meet & Greet, downtown Paducah, 10 am - 4 pm, Free. Meet super heroes and costumed characters while enjoying shopping and dining in downtown Paducah.

• Saturday, July 29 — Music in the Gazebo at 2nd and Broadway. Enjoy the music of Wonky Tonk from 6 - 8 pm. Free

• Tuesday, August 1 — Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Health Park at 14th and Madison Streets, 10:30 am

• Tuesday, August 1 - Mayor Harless’ Informed & Involved event at City Hall, 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Share ideas and ask questions.


Other events down the road:

• Thursday, August 3 — RIVERfront Concert Series. Enjoy the music of Soul Creation from 6 - 7 and then Bizz and Everyday 

People from 7 - 8:30. Free

• Wednesday, August 2 through Tuesday, August 8 — Emancipation Celebration organized by the W.C. Young Community Center. The parade will be Saturday, August 5 at 11 am. It starts at Walter Jetton Boulevard and Washington Street, and travels along Walter Jetton until it ends at Robert Coleman Park.  

• Saturday, August 5 — LIVE on the RIVER featuring family-friendly activities, music, and the Big Brown Truck Pull, 6-9 pm in downtown Paducah.

• Tuesday, August 8 — Final day for the 2017 Noble Park Pool season. Pool will be open from 11 am until 5 pm. (Coleman Sprayground stays open daily until the weather turns much cooler, usually around Labor Day.)
