Etc. Coffeehouse Hosts Returning Authors Oct. 6

PADUCAH, KY - Back in Paducah after a very successful book signing in 2011, authors from four states; Pamela Hearon, Danielle Thorne, Laurean Brooks, and Linda Swift, will be joined by special guest, bestselling Texas author, Celia Yeary. They will be signing their books on Saturday, October 6th from 11 am-2 pm at Etcetera Coffeehouse, 320 North 6th St. in Lower Town.
With a selection of more than a dozen new books in a wide variety of genres, there is something to please every taste. It’s not too early to shop for that special book signed by the author for the readers on your Santa list. Each author will be giving away books to lucky winners. Door prizes of two $15 Etcetera gift cards will also be given away and each book bought from any author will entitle the buyer to one ticket in the drawing.
Plan to come and stay awhile. Meet and visit with all of the authors, chat with friends, have refreshments from the Etcetera menu, and listen to live keyboard music provided by Bob Reeder. Request your favorite tune and sing along.

Laurean Brooks is known for her ability to blend witty dialogue and bumbling scenes into heart wrenching stories of loss, abuse, forgiveness, and new beginnings. She writes Christian romance with large doses of humor that always come to a happy ending. Her titles include: Journey To Forgiveness (in print), A Medley Of Inspirational Romance (also in print) and several e-book titles: Jonquils In The Snow, Over The Coals, Severed Hearts, and A Decision Of Trust.
Pamela Hearon grew up in Paducah, attended community college here and began her long teaching career at Paducah Tilghman High School. Although she now lives in Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky will always be home. Pamela’s latest book, Out of the Depths, is an August release from Harlequin Super Romance. The story reunites former high school sweethearts and the primary setting is Paducah, with cameo appearances by many local landmarks.
Linda Swift is an award winning author of published poetry, articles, short stories, and a TV play. She was a teacher, counselor, and psychometrist in Paducah and McCracken County Schools. Linda has twelve print books and seven short stories available from six publishers, and Amazon. She and her husband Bob Reeder (aka technical supporter and booksigning entertainer) divide their time between Kentucky and Florida, visiting their children in Nashville enroute.
Danielle Thorne is the author of sweet romantic adventure books, both historical and contemporary. Her first young adult paranormal, Death Cheater, was released in March. She has published poetry, short fiction and novels available at Amazon.com and other bookstores. Titles include: Josette; Southern Girl, Yankee Roots; The Privateer; By Heart and by Compass. Danielle and her husband, with their four sons, enjoy travel, fun, food, and too much reality TV.
Celia Yeary is a seventh-generation Texan, and her life revolves around family, friends, and writing. San Marcos has been her home for thirty-eight years. She has nine published romance novels, six novellas, and four anthologies. The author is a former science teacher, mother of two, grandmother of three boys, and wife of a wonderful, supportive Texan. Celia and her husband enjoy traveling, and both are involved in their church, the community, and the university.
