WKCTC Financial Aid Workshops This Week
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH, KY - Current and prospective students at West Kentucky Community and Technical College can get help completing their Financial Aid application for the fall 2014 semester during FAFSA Awareness Week on campus January 21-24.

WKCTC Financial Aid professionals will be available to help individuals completed their FAFSA application in three workshops during the week.  The schedule is as follows:

January 21
12:15 – 6 pm
Anderson Technical Building, Room 231

January 22
1:45-6 pm
Crounse Hall, Room 215

January 23
1:45-6 pm
Anderson Technical Building, Room 231

Students who fill out their applications during FAFSA Awareness Week have a chance to qualify for additional aid. Getting the process started early can help prevent delays in receiving Financial Aid for the upcoming fall semester, college officials said.

The process takes about 30 minutes to complete and students or their parents do not need to have taxes filed yet to attend the workshops and begin the FAFSA application process.
