Financial Security Workshop at WKCTC Tuesday

PADUCAH, KY - Learn how to prepare for financial security with a five-week workshop at West Kentucky Community and Technical College beginning August 21.
The Financial Strategies workshop with George McAfee will be offered on August 21, 28 and September 4, 11 and 18. Each Tuesday evening, the workshop will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Emerging Technology Center, room 221.
McAfee, senior regional marketing director withCapital Choice Financial Services, will help participants learn the importance of planning, how to manage debt or get out of debt, home equity vs. second mortgage, life after Social Security and more.
“This workshop will benefit every individual over the age of twelve,” said Kevin O’Neill, WKCTC continuing education coordinator. “Each person can learn something that will help them be better prepared for the future. Plus, each participant will be offered a free personal plan; you can’t beat that.”
The cost is $35 for all five sessions. Space is limited so early registration is encouraged.
