This is a family friendly festival celebrating the rehabilitation of this historic neighborhood. It’s organized by the Planning Department and Paducah Parks and Recreation. The festival includes free food, games, hayrides, a costume contest, crafts, and a movie in the park at dusk featuring "The Lorax."
This year, the festival will be held at the newly constructed Pat & Jim Brockenborough Rotary Health Park.
For the safety of the participants during the festival and to provide a route for the hay ride wagon, Madison will be closed between 13th Street and Harahan Boulevard. Harrison will be closed between Harahan boulevard and 14th Street. 14th Street will be closed between Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Madison Street.
