Since the first summer book sale in 1992, more than $300,000 have been donated to the library to enhance the collection and services.
Members of the community may support the Friends of the Library through book donations. The collection box is located in the entrance of the library on the Kentucky Avenue side of the building.
Also, the Friends' membership forms are available at the service desk on the first floor of the library.
Future book sales include the Christmas Mini Book Sale in the library's lobby on Thursday, November 19 and the 2016 Winter Used Book Sale set for January 22-23.
