Gas Prices Continue to Fall in Paducah

Area motorists are feeling some relief at the pump, as gas prices steadily fall toward levels not seen in some time.

Around 9:30 Thursday morning, the Marathon gas station pictured above had the price for regular unleaded gasonline posted at $3.22 per gallon. About three hours later, it had dropped to $3.19. 

The Marathon station pictured is located in Paducah, where Schneidman Road forms a "Y" with Old Mayfield Road.

Elsewhere, around 1 pm Thursday, regular gas was $3.22 per gallon at Fivestar on Wayne Sullivan Drive.

The Pilot at I-24 Exit 3 had a gallon of regular gas listed at $3.19 per gallon at 2 pm. 

Clayton's Corner Exxon at Strawberry Hills had gas posted at $3.19 per gallon.

Fivestar on Hinkleville Road had gas for sale for $3.19 per gallon, and Murphy USA had gas offered at $3.17 per gallon
