Harless Hosts Paducah Tour for Visiting Mayors

Paducah Mayor Brandi Harless hosted a tour Tuesday for  the mayors of Barlow, Benton, Mayfield, and Murray, as well as Purchase Area Development District Executive Director Jennifer Beck Walker.
 
After a tour of the rehabilitation project underway at City Hall, the group boarded a trolley and enjoyed a historical tour led by Paducah Ambassador Kim Blaisdell.

The tour also included the Julian Carroll Convention Center to see the preparations for AQS QuiltWeek, demonstrations and a tour of the Paducah School of Art & Design, and a tour of the Paducah-McCracken County Riverport Authority.  The group also visited businesses inside the rehabilitated Coke Plant.
 
Discussions are reportedly underway to possibly hold the next meeting and tour in May in Barlow.
