PADUCAH, KY - For every hour of regular vigorous exercises - like walking - you could live two hours longer. The American Heart Association and WKYQ invite you to take your heart for a walk at the McCracken County Heart Walk on Saturday September 8.

Join them at Noble Park for an action-packed morning of fitness and fun. Festivities begin at 8:30 am, and the walk begins at 9:30 am.

Remember, walking not only tranlates into a longer life, but also a better one.
