Holiday Schedule for Paducah Trash Collection

There will be no residential trash collection on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25. Wednesday routes will be collected on Friday, December 26. Thursday and Friday routes will be collected on Monday, December 29. There will be no residential trash collection on Wednesday, December 31 and Thursday, January 1. Wednesday routes will be collected on Friday, January 2. Thursday and Friday routes will be collected on Monday, January 5.

As a reminder, please place your trash container at its designated collection point no later than 4 am on the scheduled day of pickup.

There will be no brush or leaf collection on Monday, December 29 and Monday, January 5.

To dispose of a live Christmas tree, the City of Paducah urges residents to recycle by taking the tree to the Compost Facility located at 1560 North 8th Street during regular business hours. The facility is open Monday through Saturday, 7 am - 3 pm. It will be closed December 24, 25, and 31 and January 1. Please remove all lights, garland, and ornaments before taking the tree to the Compost Facility. Residents also can dispose of trees by placing them next to their garbage.
