I-24 Bridge Back Open after Closure

Traffic was halted for about 30 minutes on the I-24 Bridge Monday morning.  KYTC says the bridge has reopened to traffic.

The U.S. Coast Guard halted roadway traffic in both directions for some time Monday morning after reports loose barges near the bridge.

The barges were secured, and traffic is flowing on the bridge, according to KYTC.
