Italian Grill on Broadway Opens Soon

A major step in the progress of preparing Italian Grill on Broadway for its grand opening was made Monday morning. Crews unloaded a 53 foot tractor trailer full of equipment and installed two brand new pizza ovens. 

There will be a job fair Monday February 2nd between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM and again between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Fifteen to twenty-five employees will be hired to run the new Italian restaurant located at 314 Broadway in Paducah.

"We love the feel of downtown Paducah, there's so much charm, character and culture." says owner/operator Joan Manganaro. 

If you've been to Mainstreet Italian Grill in Marion Kentucky you'll be familiar with the hospitality and quality that will be duplicated at the new Paducah restaurant. "I cannot wait to finally open and share with everyone our fresh made pasta, sauces, bread, and pizza dough, all made in house fresh with no MSG for our customers to enjoy everyday." said operator Lauren DeBoe. 

The management of Italian Grill on Broadway are hopeful for a grand opening by March 1st.
