A two-vehicle collision Sunday afternoon in Lone Oak injured one driver.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department responded to the intersection of Bleich Road and Elmdale Drive. They say 40-year-old Cassie Rogers of Paducah was driving north on Bleich Road and was waiting to make a left turn onto Elmdale, when her van was hit in the rear by a pickup truck. The driver of the truck, 46-year-old Tommy Womble of Melber, told deputies he didn't realize Rogers was stopped until it was too close to avoid a collision.

Mercy EMS took Rogers to Baptist Health Paducah for treatment of her injuries. Womble was not hurt.
