Lowery, Roach, Henning, Farmer Appear in Court
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH - Several people were arraigned in McCracken Circuit Court on Thursday.

Randy Lowery appeared on charges related to an August 10 incident when a truck he was driving struck a man's SUV in a driveway and pushed it into the front wall of the man's apartment.

Zachary Roach was arraigned on over a dozen child pornography charges stemming from an investigation into illicit pictures and videos allegedly shared between him and two 14-year-old girls, one in Ohio and one in Mississippi.

Charles Henning was in court facing eleven charges related to an August 4 pursuit from Massac County into Kentucky, which ended on Paducah's south side. The vehicle he was driving was reported stolen and Sheriff's Deputies say he rammed two cruisers, then tried to run away.

Russell Farmer was arrested July 27 and faces 29 child pornography charges related to an undercover investigation into online material he allegedly shared that shows prepubescent child sexual abuse.

Pre-trial conferences were set for Lowery, Roach and Henning for December 21. Farmer's conference will be held December 8.
