PADUCAH, KY - A rollover car crash early Sunday morning left a man hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call about the accident in the 1600 block of Clarkline Road. Upon arrival, they determined that 21-year-old Patrick Tallent was traveling eastbound on Clarkline when he fell asleep and ran off the left shoulder of the road. His car struck a concrete driveway culvert, causing the vehicle to overturn.

The car slid on its roof for approximately 100 feet before coming to rest at the edge of the road on a private drive. Tallent was then transported to Western Baptist Hospital by Mercy Regional Ambulance.

The Lone Oak Fire Department and Jason's Collision also responded to the crash site.
