Man Injured When SUV Overturns on I-24

PADUCAH, KY - A West Paducah man was injured in an accident on I-24 Monday morning near exit seven.
Paducah Police say 67-year-old Paul W. Henson was eastbound on the interstate when he aparently blacked out. Another West Paducah man, 55-year-old David Alvey, said Henson's pickup side-swiped his van, then crossed the median into the westbound lanes.
Henson's truck flipped, coming to rest on its roof.
An object from Henson's truck struck the rear driver's side of a car driven by 40-year-old Michele L. Smith of Paducah, causing minor damage to her car.
Henson was taken to Western Baptist Hospital for treatment.
