A crash in McCracken County caused a power outage and one man to go to the hospital.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, the crash happened just before 4 pm on Saturday along the 5000 block of Epperson Road. 38-year-old Robert Pandolfi of Paducah, tried to move over to the right side of the roadway to give room to a truck from Aces Tree Service.

Deputies say Pandolfi dropped off the right shoulder of the roadway, and hit an electric pole. Pandolfi was transported to a local Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

The roadway was closed for several hours after the crash to get power restored.
