McCracken Deputies Arrest Colorado Fugitive

A fugitive from Colorado was arrested Monday afternoon in Paducah.



On Monday, McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies received a tip about a wanted fugitive. The tipster told deputies that 21-year-old Aaron Green, a wanted Colorado escapee was possibly living in the Paducah area with family, who were unaware that Green was wanted by Colorado authorities. 



The investigation revealed that Green was staying with family at a home on Kentucky Avenue in Paducah, and he was wanted by Colorado police for escape. Green was also found to have a local warrant for failure to appear in a 2012 McCracken County traffic court case.



Deputies went to the Kentucky Avenue home Monday afternoon and arrested Green without incident. He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
