PADUCAH, KY - McCracken County Sheriff's deputies on Thursday took a Littleville man into custody on drug trafficking charges, after reportedly purchasing Hydrocodone from him in December.
During their investigation, detectives found that James Ronnie Ligon keeps his brother's prescripton medication at his own home. He reportedly told officers that it's to keep the medication from being stolen. But rather than the pills being stolen, Ligon was allegedly selling them, including transactions with detectives in December.
He faces trafficking and possession charges.
