McCracken Schools Staying Virtual Through Nov. 27
By West Kentucky Star Staff
PADUCAH - After reviewing the number of local COVID-19 cases this week, McCracken County Schools has announced they will continue with all-virtual instruction through Thanksgiving.

The district will not have in-person classes through next week or the first two days of Thanksgiving week. The last three days of that week were already a scheduled holiday, so no in-person classes will be held until at least November 27.

The district will review the situation again and will announce plans for the week of November 30 through phone messages, social media, email and the district's website.

District officials encourage everyone to follow recommended guidance for red zone counties during this period, including the Thanksgiving holiday.
